Flowers:
We modify and upgrade the original arrangement, as shown in the picture, by adding more of the same types of flowers of your choice to the arrangement.
Plant or Dish garden upgrades feature larger (or more) plants than what is shown on selected design and/or will be in a more decorative container.
Upgraded Gift Baskets is, we'll add more goodies that compliment the theme and style of the item you see on selected basket, plus a more impressive basket.
Our flowers, plants, and gift baskets are individually designed by floral designers in our central Toronto production facilities and delivered by our drivers. This way we guarantee on time delivery, quality product and service.
Same-day delivery is available in all areas Toronto and GTA Monday through Saturday on orders received before 1PM EDT. (excluding holidays and peak floral periods). Otherwise, will be delivered next business day.
Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers and greens. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, subsitutions (equal or greater value) may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.
There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that is, no change in size or shape.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown in the online catalog should be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
When it is necessary substitution , the utmost care shall be taken to maintain the overall effect of the arrangement illustrated in the online catalog.
In one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as roses or calla lilies , the variety is of first importance, preceding color in this instance only.

A little extra care can make a big difference for any size flower arrangement to last longer. Most floral arrangements last 4-7 days or longer, depending on the flowers used and the care they receive, if tended to.
First:
The third days after receiving flowers replace water containing the flower food you receive on delivery. Flower foods make flowers last longer but it is important to follow the mixing directions on the flower food packet. Flower foods should not be diluted with more water than is specified on the packet.
Second:
If possible, re-cut stems by removing one to two inches with a sharp knife. Be sure to use a sharp knife that will not crush the stems.
Third:
Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from sunlight, heating vents, or any heating sources. Heat causes flowers to dehydrate. Most flowers will last longer under cool conditions.
